We are pleased to announce that Al Mutaa Company has officially started construction activities for the Warehouses Construction Project, awarded to us by CNOOC Iraq Limited in November 2024. This strategic project, located in Buzurgan Oilfield and Buzurgan Terminal, plays a vital role in enhancing the storage and logistics infrastructure to support ongoing operations in Missan Oil Fields. The project scope includes the construction of four modern warehouses, designed and built to meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency. With construction now underway, Al Mutaa Company reaffirms its commitment to delivering excellence through effective project management, skilled workforce deployment, and adherence to international safety and quality standards. We are proud to announce that Al Mutaa Company has been awarded a turnkey project by EBS Petroleum Company at the East Baghdad Oilfield last June, with a budget exceeding USD 17 million. Our team has already begun executing the main phases of this ambitious project. The scope of work includes: installation of pipelines and flowlines; construction of production and injection facilities; power distribution infrastructure, including substations; and civil, mechanical and electrical works.
